Dear Laura,

We would like to say how pleased we are with the service which we received from Exclusive Italy Weddings. One of the best points was during the months prior to the wedding the contact maintained between you and ourselves was excellent. The swift and detailed response to our many e-mails helped us remain informed and calm in the run up to the big day.

Arriving in Positano a couple of days before the wedding allowed us to settle in and I met up with the hairdresser (Flavia), and had a trial run of the hair and make up. Flavia was absolutely delightful and made every effort to fit in with what I wanted and made the whole experience as relaxing as it could be.

On the wedding day itself everything ran smoothly and looked beautiful despite the torrential rain just before the service! Massimo the photographer informed us that he was an expert in the local climate and that we had time to perform the wedding service outside, and the sun even appeared just in time to help soak up the puddles. Giovanna our wedding coordinator on the day was friendly and calm. Our guests enjoyed the service and the spectacular views from the Town Hall terrace.

We had our reception at the 18th Century Palace and the staff, especially Francesca, were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we could not use the Botanical Gardens for our meal due to the rainy weather, however the staff made the indoor restaurant very attractive and it was reserved only for the wedding guests. Our guests enjoyed the uniqueness of the food and everyone wanted more wedding cake, it was so delicious!

Massimo was very friendly and discrete during the service. The quality of the photos was excellent. The Villa Rosa where we stayed was superb and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. The balconies were huge and all had lovely views.

Thank you again Laura, our wedding was even better than we had hoped for and all our guests fell in love with Positano.
