Abigail & Paul - Civil wedding in Positano on June 25th, 2008

Martina,

We've been meaning to e-mail you since our return home from our honeymoon just over a week ago but it has been so hectic since we got home! We want to thank you Exclusive Italy for making our wedding day in Positano run so smoothly. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have asked for more. We were so relaxed on the run up to the wedding and the day itself and it was all down to your assistance.

Laura assisted us first in finding our hotel (before she became pregnant) and we would like you to give her our special thanks for this as Villa Rosa was lovely and the staff so attentive.

We admit, we were worried when Laura told us her colleague would be taking over from her helping us to plan our special day. Laura had been so attentive to detail, but in you Martina, we had a gem.

You were fantastic, always quick to respond to any question we had and you came up with fantastic suggestions to make our day that extra bit special. We were particularly really pleased with your suggestion of hiring a luxury car after our ceremony, so myself and Paul could enjoy some time together and have photographs in parts of Positano we could not have reached by foot. We would not have thought to do this ourselves but are so glad we did.

The photographs we have as a result are absolutely stunning. Please could you pass on our thanks to the photographer for doing such an amazing job and our driving who was very professional. We got our photos on Monday and are so impressed with the quality. The people we have shown them to already have commented how they are the best wedding photos we have seen, and we could have not agreed more.

Another big thank you (there are so many) to our videographer (another great suggestion by yourself). We were unsure whether to have a videographer due to the cost but we watched the DVD on Tuesday night and are definitely glad we went for it. It was so professional and brought back so many memories of the day. It will be lovely to look back on for years to come.

Special thanks also to the musicians, florist, beauticians and barbers who together added the special touches to the day.

We organised the restaurant ourselves but must comment on how fantastic it was. For our small reception we wanted a traditional family run Italian restaurant rather than an impersonal hotel and we found that perfect place when we picked La Tagliata. It is not normally recommend for wedding receptions, but we could not have been happier with our choice. The staff were absolutely amazing and the food was delicious. They made us feel very special even giving us a spectacular firework display as a present. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone planning their wedding in Positano.

Our friends and family who attended that everything was so well organised and enjoyed the day as much as we did.

We would have no hesitation in recommending your service to anyone considering getting married in Italy. Positano will always have a special place in our hearts and we will definitely return.
