ExclusiveItaly is exclusively a Wedding Event Planner, a strictly private destination services provider, offering custom-designed, private, personal events and complimentary, destination services. ExclusiveItaly is not a tour operator or travel agency.
ExclusiveItaly respects your privacy and we maintain a strict policy with respect to the confidentiality of information that you may provide us. We endorse the practice of finalizing arrangements by a secure phone call rather than over the Internet or by electronic mail, and in order for credit card details to be provided to guarantee bookings.
ExclusiveItaly does not provide public tours, pre-scheduled, public bus tours from hotels, or "step-on" public bus tours.
We recommend the purchase of trip-travel-tour cancellation insurance (from a travel agent) in the unlikely event of the unexpected.

ExclusiveItaly requires a deposit payment when booking the event. The specific amount will be communicated to you by your personal event coordinator.
As a corporate policy, ExclusiveItaly will confirm reservations upon the receipt of deposit fee payment, and by our email confirmation of our agreement and guarantee of event reservations and date. Balance payment, unless specific arrangements are made in advance, is usually required 45 days prior to the scheduled date of the event.
Should you cancel your wedding or event, we must apply a charge, and the later the cancellation the more that charge will be. If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking this must be done in writing by the person in whose name the booking is invoiced. Cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your written communication and can be executed either through e-mail or fax. Cancellation charges will be specified in the contract you will receive from our planners when hiring our services.
A non-refundable deposit is requested at the moment of booking. The amount is determined according to the size of the event and the services involved.
ExclusiveItaly is not responsible for events or situations beyond its direct and effective control. Without limitation, the following are factors beyond our direct control: bad weather, heavy traffic, accident, labor disputes, strikes, civil disorder, travel restrictions, fear of the unknown, or failure of "third-party service providers" to perform to client's satisfaction, and as scheduled on the event.
Our Weddings & Events are memorable experiences in the history, culture, and beauty of Italy. All town halls, villas, palaces, and restaurants displayed on this website have been visited personally by our planners and assure a romantic destination wedding or event in Italy.
