This 14th century palace is located in the heart of Amalfi, next to the beautiful Duomo of St. Andrew.
Civil weddings in Amalfi are performed in a simple yet elegant former Benedectine Monastery dating back to the 12th century. Getting married in Amalfi is a real privilege because this is considered to be one of the most ancient marriage halls of Italy.
Civil ceremonies in the town hall of Amalfi take place in the beautiful Salone Morelli containing important documents and furnishing of the Maritime Republic of Amalfi. Ceremony is conducted in Italian by the Mayor or Civil registrar and translated by an English-speaking interpreter we provide. Up to 70 people seating.

You can add personal vows, poems and readings to the ceremony. Under request is possible decorate the marriage hall with beautiful scented flowers. Ideal music: guitar and mandolin. After ceremony we highly recommend you to have pictures in the Cloister of Paradise, a beautiful Arabian cloister set beside the impressive Duomo of Amalfi.
The best time to marry in the Amalfi goes between April to the beginning of November. Very beautiful also on New Year's Eve
